Deposit
After reviewing your research requirements with you, we will carry out preliminary searches to ensure that there are family records available for you. There is no charge for this. Only when this has been confirmed will we ask for the deposit payment to be made and then the journey will begin...

Final Payment
Upon completion of your research you will be advised that  that the documentation is ready for dispatch. At this point  a request for the final payment will be made. Once this payment has been received the documentation will be forwarded to you via recorded or special delivery direct to your address. All documentation remains the property of Links Genealogy until the final payment is received.

Please note: On occasions it is not possible to trace a surname line back as far as our package indicates. Should this be the case you will be contacted by e-mail and offered the choice of either having another line researched, or paying a reduced charge.
